Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital channel strategies (E-Commerce, New Business Model, E.Distribution) that align with corporate goals and the brand vision.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to inform competitive strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement Omni-Channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring user-friendly navigation, up-to-date information, and effective sales tracking.
- Manage product listings for accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing while monitoring competitor pricing and promotions to enhance market competitiveness.
- Analyze sales data and web analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost revenue.
- Enhance the online shopping experience by promptly addressing customer inquiries and issues to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure product availability and implement effective stock management.
- Evaluate e-commerce metrics to track performance and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content, including product images and videos.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields; at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
