Job Description

• Follow up on all delegated tasks and actions.
• Execute product specifications for the rollout of innovation and Supply Chain Capability Projects under the guidance of the line manager in Iran.
• Build and maintain necessary networks.
• Lead R&D formula and lab batches, as well as trials, on local platforms.
• Prepare reports and monitor all lab and trial results.
• Deliver activation and cost-effectiveness projects.
• Support the Supply Chain for all local R&D-related tasks.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing and new local suppliers.
• Collaborate with Regional R&D Teams to support formulation development, particularly concerning the CTI (Customer Technical Innovations) portion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for each operating company (e.g., SEAC, ingredient listings, import/export requirements, and country standards).
• Create Product Feasibility Trials (PFT) and execute feasibility and capability trials for innovation and VIP projects.
• Participate in Preliminary Hazard Assessments for feasibility trials associated with new formulation and process technologies, especially related to CTI.
• Report all issues and updates to the R&D Line Manager.
• Conduct necessary meetings and prepare reports for relevant R&D managers and assistant managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant college degree.
• 2 years of R&D/process experience.
• Profecient in English.
• Proficiency in product commissioning experience, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
