Job Description
- Oversee each step of the project process, including the idea phase, feasibility, capability assessment, implementation, and delivery. This includes managing kickoffs and developing detailed project plans and deliverables.
- Acquire and maintain technical knowledge as well as product expertise to provide basic support to translators when necessary.
- Manage the end-to-end project workflow across the team.
- Document each step of the process and optimise it for efficiency.
- Prepare the Critical Evaluation Plan (CEP) for the project.
- Identify the sequence of work and any internal or external interdependencies that may exist.
- Estimate the duration and resource requirements for each task at the work package level.
- Proactively assess project risks through prioritisation and risk management strategies.
- Establish alternative actions for identified risks and determine the triggers for implementing these actions.
- Balance capital expenditure management with project budgets.
- Explore, assess, and select relevant technology to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of localisation and linguistic tasks.
- Conduct a business case analysis for new projects.
- Track capacity utilization based on project planning (e.g., LTCP, RCDSR).
- Develop the Factory Master Plan.
- Check third-party capacity utilization.
- Optimize project performance and network efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as project management software.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and possess effective problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production processes and capacity utilization.

Job Requirement
- Postgraduate level education in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or relevant engineering fields.
- Experience in AM, PM, Quality, and FI tools and processes, project and engineering Finance (BC, saving calculation, and CapEx).
