Job Description

• Support safety risk assessments and implement appropriate controls.
• Coordinate essential occupational health and hygiene activities in collaboration with relevant experts.
• Conduct regular safety walk-throughs and risk assessments across warehouse and office areas.
• Assist in incident investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of emergency response plans and drills.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations and ensure proper follow-up.
• Assist with training delivery on SHE topics, including onboarding and refresher training sessions.
• Assist in environmental programs related to waste management.
• Provide basic ergonomic assessments and support improvements to reduce physical strain.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and compliance with SHE regulations.
• Monitor compliance with PPE, Permit to Work, and mandatory training attendance.
• Promote Behavioural Based Safety and participate in Hazard and SBO reporting.
