Job Description

The shopper marketing manager will develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement shopper marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Budgeting: Allocate brand activity budgets and new launches by channel every year and track them monthly.
  • Planning In-Store/Copack/Lottery: Plan and execute all activities to drive and boost sales based on channel and sales trends and company strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across various channels (in-store, online, social media).
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and coordination among teams.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to design engaging shopper experiences and promotional campaigns.
  • Leadership: Guiding and developing team members’ skills and careers through coaching and feedback.
  • Decision-Making: Making informed, strategic decisions quickly to adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Fluent or advanced in English.
